At our atelier, every garment is individually tailored and meticulously crafted to your unique measurements and design specifications. Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation made exclusively for you, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. Furthermore, once fabric has been cut or production has commenced, orders cannot be canceled. To achieve the perfect silhouette, our process includes complimentary fitting sessions prior to completion. Should any adjustments be needed after delivery, we gladly offer free alterations to ensure your garment fits you flawlessly.

In order to maintain the shape, structure, and longevity of your tailored suit, never machine wash or tumble dry your suit. Instead, dry clean it sparingly ideally only once or twice a year, or when visibly soiled as harsh dry cleaning chemicals can break down the natural wool fibers over time. For routine refreshing, use a high-quality garment steamer to remove wrinkles and eliminate odors, and gently brush the fabric with a natural bristle clothes brush after each wear to remove dust and surface dirt. When storing your suit, always hang it on the provided wide, contoured wooden hanger to preserve the shoulder structure, and leave it in a breathable garment bag with plenty of breathing room in your closet to prevent moisture buildup and fabric crushing.
